A Decent Stay, Some Issues Present

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. It offered great diversity and food of high quality. I especially appreciated Sofia from the restaurant. Hashem from the pool was very helpful and served well.

I found the information at check-in was incomplete. I also noticed the absence of a basic iron in my room.

i had some issues the room service was quite slow i waited over an hour for a simple order the minibar wasn't properly stocked upon arrival it lacked basic items the check-in process was also frustratingly slow there was a considerable delay and the staff seemed disorganized these issues detracted from the overall experience i expect better service especially considering the price
